Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in cases of:
- Damaged, expired, or spoiled products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items in an order
3. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen items are non-refundable once delivered, unless damaged at the time of delivery.
4. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery along with order details and supporting images, if required.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
